ABOUT US
Taqwa Islamic School was established in 1994 by Hafiz Mohammad Abdul Majeed. We are
the largest school in the San Francisco Bay Area, having served the community for the last 17
years. During this time, we are proud to have graduated thousands of students from our various
programs.

MISSION
To nurture our students as Huffaz, Ulema, Daeen and Muballigeen, who will play their vital role in saving mankind from the Hell fire and emancipating us from the shackles of materialism, thus helping mankind to succeed in this world and hereafter.
» To groom and develop world-class Huffaz and Ulema with the expertise to lead
their
communities effectively.
» To instill a solid understanding of Islam in our students to enable them to
interpret
current events and advise the community accordingly.
» Preparing Huffaz and Ulema to become well versed in modern languages
and to have great communication skills
